Subscription Policy

By starting a liitt subscription, you agree to the terms below. We've kept it simple and transparent.

How Subscriptions Work
Our subscriptions deliver liitt Mushroom Coffee to you automatically on a recurring basis so you never run out. When you subscribe, you authorize liitt to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Billing & Automatic Renewal
- Your subscription renews automatically every month unless you cancel.
- Your payment method is charged on each renewal date at the then-current subscription price.
- Introductory offer: For the current U.S. Black Friday offer, the first month of the 30-serving subscription is $15.95 with the offer applied at checkout. The 60-serving subscription is $37.95/month. Each subsequent renewal is billed at the standard subscription price (for the current U.S. Black Friday offer: $19.95/month for 30 servings or $37.95/month for 60 servings), plus any applicable tax, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- We'll send a reminder before your subscription renews.

Managing Your Subscription
You're always in control. At any time, you can pause, skip, reschedule, change products/quantity, or update your payment and shipping details in one of these ways:
1. Log into your account at liitt.co using the email you ordered with — manage everything yourself, anytime.
2. Email us at support@liitt.co.
3. Chat with our support team using the live chat widget on our website.

Cancellation
You can cancel anytime, with no fees or long-term commitment. To cancel:
- Log into your account with your order email and cancel your subscription yourself, or
- Email support@liitt.co, or
- Message us on live chat.

To make sure a change or cancellation applies to your next order, please make it before your next renewal is processed. Cancellation stops all future charges; it does not refund orders that have already been processed or shipped.

Price Changes
If our subscription pricing changes, we'll notify you in advance by email before it applies to your renewals.
