📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with liitt. This policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm PT or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on one-time purchases and the first order of a new subscription, with no minimum purchase. Renewal shipping follows your subscription terms. Available delivery options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by the carrier, weather, or high-volume periods.

Where We Ship
We ship to the United States and supported international destinations. Select your country on our website to view availability and local pricing. Available shipping methods and charges are confirmed at checkout. Orders ship from our facility in Oregon, USA.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also view order status anytime by logging into your account with the email used at checkout.

Subscription Shipments
If you're on a subscription, your first order ships immediately and each renewal order ships automatically on your billing date. You can view, skip, or reschedule upcoming shipments in your account (see our Subscription Policy).

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of the ship date at support@liitt.co or through the chat widget on our website, and we'll make it right.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
